When a young lady, Sonja Daneel (Rolanda Marais), gets into a car accident close to a luxury hotel, Njala in Hazyview, she loses her memory. On her arrival at the Njala she unwillingly becomes involved with an obsessive family, the Jouberts, whose lives are controlled by this ghostly, strange hotel.
She discovers that family secrets and an obsession with the past haunt the Jouberts. Ryno Lategan (David Louw), the charming tour guide, is the only person who brings renewal to the hotel. However, his task becomes complicated, after it that a murder has taken place. Ryno promises to protect Sonja and to help her to gain back her memory amidst all the chaos.
